I wanted to give it a 5 Star, but...
1. There were no trash bags in the bathroom trash cans. That's just gross. When you're putting Q tips, toilet paper from blowing your nose, feminine products, and other things in there, there should be bags to easily dump .
2. There were not enough towels so we had to share.
3. Not enough Toilet paper for the whole week. IS that standard for rentals?
4. The bath rugs looked really dirty, and when we got there, they had dead pincher bugs on them upon arrival.
5. There was absolutely NO internet the entire week. This was the most frustrating part. We have kids, there was down time, and we couldn't just sit and watch a movie together when the younger kids went to bed. My brother in law couldn't work on his computer because of this. This should have been remedied at some point, but never was, even after contacting the owner. He said that there was an outage all over Springville, but that wasn't true because my brother didn't have any issues, and one of the neighbors didn't have issues. We asked for some money back as this was mentioned in the advertisement that the internet would be provided; he initially said he would, but never followed through.
6. The dog barking in the back was obnoxious. I know the owner has no control over this, but it was annoying.
7. Dustpan to broom didn't work. hard to sweep things up.
Some of these things are really nitpicky, I recognize that, but when you're in a "home away from home," you want things to be convenient and work as they should.
