Cozy Cottage in close to town and area attractions

Welcome to our family cottage located minutes from everything the valley has to offer! Skiing, riding, hiking, swimming, shopping and everything we love about the North Conway area only a short ride away. Well appointed home offering all you will need on your getaway no matter the season. Snuggle up on the over-sized leather furniture while watching a movie or reading a book. Watch the sunrise off the large deck while enjoying your coffee. Smart TVs and games to keep all entertained. Updated full kitchen for all your needs. A couple things to note about our home; the house is heated by a monitor propane heater, we suggest leaving the bedroom doors cracked to circulate the heat. We also provide electric heaters in the closets for the extra cold nights. The wood stove is not functioning we are working on updating to propane in the coming months. There is an "open air" half bathroom in the partially finished basement. It is fully functionally if needed.

Our house was absolutely charming and was everything we needed it to be. There are a couple times we needed to reach out to the host and he responded in minutes. So helpful. A true delight to deal with and the house was clean and comfortable and adorable. We would most definitely stay here again.

It was a very chill and calm place
loved it🤩 it’s a super pretty house and very clean. We loved the rooms the children really did too. We had a very enjoyable time🤩. Also Andrew was very attentive. It made us feel very comfortable there and we have gone many times and this was a great home. But this time it was a good decision and we would like to visit again. I really do recommend it and I’m a person who looks at comments for a house and what people say about it and it was very good.👍

We are a family of four who loves traveling and are fortunate enough to be able to share our vacation home for others to enjoy. Our girls love snowboarding at Cranmore, riding the train, and swimming in echo lake in the summer months. Welcome to our cottage.

Why they chose this property

We are centrally located to all the valley has to offer. Hiking, swimming skiing, riding, shopping and much more all within minutes of our home. Entire house has been updated with new appliances, furniture and TV's. Fast wifi for those working while traveling. The winter months you can clearly see you are immersed in the mountains. In the warmer months watch the sunrise while you are enjoying your morning coffee. We truly love this home and hope the love and joy we have put into it comes through during your stay.
