My wife grew up here. I grew up in Iowa. We love the California foothills. We moved across the street to a smaller house. We travel quite a bit.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is beautiful and so are the people who live here! There is a lot of walking around the neighborhood for exercise. And, when the golf course opens in the Spring of 2024, we will all be golfing again,
