Spacious and newly renovated home just off the East Bay of Houghton Lake. Located in a nice neighborhood with a fenced in backyard. Roughly 150 yards from the lake with a small beach just 1 block over. Comfortably leave your trailers/toys in the over sized driveway while you are out on the trails or lake. Access hundreds of miles of ORV trails directly from property or launch your boat just 500 feet from the front door. Several bars, restaurants, golf courses, stores and gift shops within miles.
