Welcome to your home away from home at our five bedroom house in an outstanding Sparks, Nevada location. During your stay with us, you'll find high end amenities, entertainment, plenty of space, and all of the little things taken care of.

The best part of our home is the pool room. Relax and chill after a day of exploring Reno and Tahoe in our jumbo swim in place jacuzzi, with enough room for your whole group. The jacuzzi is fully covered and enclosed in the room, which also includes A/C & Heat, so you can use it whether it rains, shines, or snows! We have a Ping Pong table located in the pool room as well :)

Just outside of the pool room you'll find our backyard, which has a seating area with umbrella and a large gas BBQ with utensils. There's also plenty of room for your furry friends to play, but we just ask that you pick up after them!

Step inside to our roomy living area, with a huge 12 foot sectional couch and 55 inch mounted Smart TV. Our TV includes complimentary Netflix, Hulu, and HBO Max for watching movies and shows during your nights in. Our living room also includes a gas burning fireplace for getting cozy after a long day.

Next to our living room is the large open concept kitchen with a chef's island and built in electric range. Our kitchen was recently renovated with high end finishes and stunning wooden cabinetry. You'll find all of the little things you could need to cook a delicious meal for the whole family, including pots, pans, cooking utensils, baking sheets, cutting boards, knives, oil, spices, and of course plates/bowls and utensils. We offer complimentary coffee, tea, and decaf, and our appliances include a microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric water kettle, and oven/range.

Step through the kitchen into our dining area with large dining table and chairs. It's the perfect place to enjoy a meal or play games in the evening!

Next to our dining room is our family room, which includes a full sized Pool Table, a fold-out futon for extra sleeping room, and some classic board games.

Our home offers five bedrooms—one downstairs and four upstairs. All of our bedrooms are complete with fresh linens, ceiling fans, and bedside tables.

The downstairs bedroom also doubles as an office with a large desk/working area built into the closet, complete with a Queen bed. There is a full bathroom right next to this downstairs bedroom as well, right off of the main living room area.

Upstairs in our Master bedroom, we have a large King bed and a secondary working space with desk and office chair. In addition, if you need some peace and quiet, we have a cozy reading nook in the Master with two armchairs, lamp, and a table. Our updated Master bathroom has a large walk in shower, dual walk in closets with built in ironing board, and heated floors! It also includes a double vanity sink and great views of the surrounding hills.

Down the hallway from the Master you'll find the remaining three bedrooms which share another full bathroom. All of the bedrooms are separate from each other and from the bathroom, so they offer a sense of privacy. One bedroom has a King bed and one has a Full bed with an electronic adjustable bed. The last bedroom includes 3 beds total: a bunk bed with 1 full and 1 twin, and another separate twin. You'll also find a laundry chute in the hallway, which is a fun and convenient feature!

Downstairs, we have a laundry room with complimentary washer and dryer. It connects to our 3 cars garage, with plenty of room for parking and storage during your stay.

Our home is located in an ideal Sparks location on a private corner lot and is a short walk/drive to shopping centers that offer dining, shopping, and more. The closest shopping centers are the Spanish Springs Center and the Sparks Galleria, respectively.

This is a quiet and safe neighborhood with friendly and respectful neighbors, and we ask that you also respect our neighbors by keeping the noise levels down at night. This is NOT a party house, and our maximum occupancy is 14 guests.

We're also extremely close to many popular attractions in the area:
- 45 min from Lake Tahoe/Truckee
- 15 min from UNR
- 15 min from Reno Tahoe airport
- 8 min from Red Hawk Golf Course
- 15 min from Downtown/Midtown Reno

During your stay, you'll have access to the entire house, garage, and backyard.

Our home is yours to use during your stay and you will not be disturbed, but our local team in Reno is just a phone call or message away if you ever need anything or have questions!

The area is very Uber/Lyft friendly if you need to call transportation. The closest shopping centers are the Spanish Springs Center and the Sparks Galleria, respectively. There's a Costco there if you need to stock up before checking in! We're extremely close to many popular attractions in the area as well:

- Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the premises.
- Small dogs and cats are allowed. All dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the neighborhood.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am each day.
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (this is a quiet, shared neighborhood and there will an $1000 fine for any reported parties or noise complaints)
- Loud, rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, or disorderly behavior is not allowed at any time. We will give one courtesy warning for any such behavior. If such behavior continues, you and your party can be evicted without refund.
- Normal cleaning fees are included in all rental rates, however additional billing will occur for any excessive/abnormal cleaning, damages, or missing items.
- Please make sure to fully turn off the BBQ after use
- Jacuzzi/Hot Tub is used at your own risk and we won't be held liable for any accidents
- Please do not use the white towels on the floor, on kitchen surfaces, or for cleaning make up—there are kitchen/make up towels and paper towels provided
- Please do not have packages or mail delivered to the home
- Please make sure doors and windows are closed & locked when leaving the unit.
- Linens, blankets, and towels are not to be removed from the home. Please do not take these items to parks or outdoor venues.
