Are you looking for a unique Tampa getaway? This gorgeous, newly renovated South Tampa pool home is the perfect spot for an unforgettable time. Spend your days by the beautiful pool relaxing and grilling. Have some fun and enjoy the pool table inside with friends and family. It is centrally located in South Tampa to everything, within a few minutes to restaurants on the water and just 10 minutes from Downtown Tampa. Stunning beaches are within a 30-40 minute drive.
Spacious layout. 2 bedrooms with king beds. 1 large bedroom with 2 queen beds. 3 full baths. Private pool with fenced yard. Pool table.
Entire home, carport/driveway, pool, fully fenced backyard.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood in South Tampa close to everything.

-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (8 Max).
-- No more than 4 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway / on street.
-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose.
-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.
-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock all doors before you leave the home.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.
