Romar Lakes is centrally located to some of the best restaurants in town! Enjoy the wonderful food and be only 1 mile from the local grocery stores such as Walmart Neighborhood, Rouses, and Publix! This complex sits on the beautiful Romar Lake and has deeded beach access with a street light crosswalk across Perdido Beach Blvd!

Getting Around:
You will be able to park directly in front of the unit and be only a few feet away from 105B located on the ground floor! All amenities are within short walking distance where you can enjoy the community pool and gazebo areas.

It says not to put the a/c below 70 but even with it set on 68 the temperature never got below 73 which was to hot for our infant to sleep comfortably. Everything else was was fine

This property has the best of both worlds! Enjoy the still quietness of being directly on the lake and only 500ft from the beach! If you're not into crowded complexes and long elevator waits, check out this complex! You can be secluded across the street from the beach all while enjoying the wonderful amenities of the property such as the pool and gazebo! You will have deeded beach access with a traffic light crosswalk so you can safely cross the road on your way to the beach! Inside the unit you, enjoy the full stocked kitchen, large bedrooms, and large living room with plenty of seating! Let's not forget parking! You can park directly in front of the unit door and spare yourself having to carry luggage and groceries all around a parking garage and through a complex! If you like convenience and location, check out this unit at Romar Lakes!
