Safety and customer service concerns
Our stay turned into a health and safety disaster on the first day. The appearance of the property was borderline in shambles when we arrived - a lawn that hadn’t been mowed, weeds that were waist high on the back patio, pictures that were falling off the walls. All of this we were able to accept and give a normal rating. But, on the first full day of our stay - a plumbing pipe burst which sent sewage all throughout the bathroom in the basement. When a plumber came out to resolve they were unable to do so and deemed the house uninhabitable. We were instructed to evacuate the house immediately since there could be no running water. This would’ve been understandable and dismissed by us as an unfortunate accident except for two things that happened next. First, the plumber shared this exact issue had already happened at the house recently in the past few months. So the host knew about it and was still choosing to rent out the home. Second, when we contacted the host after being evacuated they refused to provide a full refund for the experience. I repeat, we had to evacuate this home for open sewage coming out of pipes into a living area, and even though the host knew about this issue, they rented it to us anyway and would not refund us when it happened.

Stayed for a weekend at the property with a group of friends. Description wasn’t fully accurate to what the house was when arrived, no grill or hot tub, multiple things broken upon arrival.

Great location for Navy football games
We had a large group, all well accommodated at this large home in very good condition and very clean. Location in an older neighborhood is convenient to downtown Annapolis and very convenient to Navy MC Stadium. Be aware that thermostat is controlled remotely by owner so guests need to contact him to change its setting. Only area for improvement noted is that need ice trays since ice maker not working. We enjoyed our stay.

Brand new, clean and spacious.
House was neat and freshly remodeled. Great location, close to everything fun. Host was communicative and generous. Highly recommend! The house is very functional. Friends could watch ufc in basement and have a lot of fun while infants upstairs slept very peacefully and people around were undisturbed. Perfect stay!
