Hidden Springs - Longe Range Mountain Views

Enjoy mountain views for miles from this 4 bed 3.5 bath home in secluded Hidden Springs. Only about 12 minute drive** to Main Street Highlands, this spacious home features 3 levels and two screened-in porches facing the long-range Blue Ridge Mountains.

On the Main Level is a 2-car garage, leading into a formal dining room & entry foyer with a stone fireplace. Even further, the house opens up into a room with a Galley kitchen and a breakfast bar, next to the livingroom that offers vaulted ceilings, another stone fireplace and access to a long partially screened-in porch. Also on this level is a spacious suite with a Queen-sized bed, private bath and access to the porch.

Upstairs are two guest rooms with Full beds in each and a shared full bathroom upstairs. A small sitting area with Smart TV sits outside of these rooms, which flows into a “catwalk” over to the large Master suite with its own large sitting area, private bathroom, & a kitchenette.
Downstairs, enjoy a cozy den with a Smart TV, Billiards table, small bar, and access to both a spacious laundry area & a second screened-in porch.

**It is suggested to have an AWD vehicle. Paved driveway is very steep going up, and a 1/4 mile of gravel mountain road leads to the house.**
*This is an animal-friendly home. Pets must be approved and a pet fee is required.*

[All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ]

** Please be advised that the Convenience fee is the credit card processing fee for the reservation. If you wish to avoid this fee, you may still place your reservation but will need to call the office and pay by echeck **

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy (effective for bookings confirmed after April 1, 2024) is outlined below:
For reservations that are 21 days or less, A reservation cancelled ( by email receipt ) between 0 - 45 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. If reservation is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival, guest shall receive a refund of all payments made* less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the reservation AND the cost of any trip insurance if purchased.
*Refunds do not include third-party service fees as those are determined by the booking site and we do not control how those funds are processed.
For any reservations that are more than 21 days, No refund will be given unless the property is re-rented over the previously booked dates.
You may purchase Travel insurance to cover your trip for cancellations. Contact Highlands Vacation Rentals for details.

Spacious Gorgeous Mountain Home
Grandparents, Parents and 3 young children had an amazing enjoyable experience in a beautiful home with excellent features. The view is gorgeous, and the location is near to downtown Highlands. We spent 4 days together and hope we can return soon and experience all these amenities.
