With 2 living room areas and a screened deck, this home gives your family lots of space to relax and unwind from a fun day at the beach. The owners have completely remodeled this spacious townhome and they have thought of every detail. This beach home is located at the Olive Way beach access (just south of the WWII Homefront Museum) so you are just steps away from St Simons beach and you are within walking distance to many restaurants. The pier and village is just a mile down the beach.
This home has 3 levels with the first floor having a family room with tv, a set of custom built in bunk beds, full bathroom and also a queen guest bedroom. The second floor features another family room with tv, fully stocked kitchen and a queen guest bedroom. The stairs going down to the first floor is accessed through this bedroom. Off the family room is a large screened deck where you can enjoy the sounds of the nearby surf. The third floor has 3 bedrooms. You will love this spacious master bedroom which features a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. There are 2 additional guest bedrooms on the third floor. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. The washer/dryer is also located on the 3rd floor for your convenience.

We love the live oaks, scenic marshes and of course the beach. We enjoy riding bikes, eating great seafood, kayaking and relaxing on the beach. The golf courses are beautiful. We have many wonderful memories with our family and friends on St Simons Island and we hope that you will come again and again and create your own memories.
