Keep it chill at this peaceful and centrally-located home. You'll love being close to the best that Southern Utah has to offer. Enjoy time at the community pickleball courts and pool (heated year round) with a water slide, splash pad, lazy river and 2 hot tubs. Nearby, enjoy hiking, biking, ATV riding, climbing, and anything else your adventurous spirit requires. Pack your days with fun and excitement and relax each night in one of 5 luxurious King beds. You'll enjoy privacy, with no backyard neighbors. This is our second home. It has been designed with attention to detail and filled with quality furnishings. Having an owner managed home makes all the difference. Since we stay at the home regularly, we care about the little things. We've tried to think of everything to ensure you'll also feel right at home.

Amazing Stay
We booked this for our annual family reunion in St George and this did not disappoint. Location: Wow, right off the freeway, yet very quiet neighborhood up against the hillside. Located in Washington to get away from all the busy St George traffic, yet close to shopping and stores 3-4 miles away. The house is big and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone! How many rental homes do you know that have kayaks to use? This one does. How many rental homes have a commercial ice maker in the garage to fill up your ice chests with? This one does. How many rental homes have amazing showers with lots of water pressure? This one does. How many rental homes have sound machines in each room? This one does. How many rental homes have water toys, lazy river floaties? This one does. The house was super clean, and well stocked with so many applicances, spices, soap, etc. The community pool is super fun with a big lazy river and waterslide. Host was extremely responsive to any questions before and during our visit. Every aspect of our stay was amazing. Excellent stay!

Enjoyed 5 nights in beautiful St. George. Pool, lazy river, and slide are fun, but overwhelmed by the volume of visitors. 2 pickleball courts are not anywhere sufficient for the number of vacationers. The house and host were awesome; conveniently located near Church Rocks and Dino Cliffs MTB trails. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful and clean home
We stayed here for three nights while we explored St George and Zion National Park. The house is beautifully designed, it is very clean and has everything you might need. We were too tired after a long day of hiking to use the grill outside, but we loved watching the stars on the comfy outdoor sectional. I highly recommend this home! Loralee was also absolutely amazing! She is very responsive and she gave me so many helpful tips and suggestions for things to do in the area. I would stay here again!

My husband, Kent and I enjoy relaxing on beautiful beaches or adventuring outdoors doing a variety of recreational adventures such as riding ATV's, mountain biking, snowmobiling, snow or water skiing/surfing, and hiking. Our hearts are happiest when we're with family and making memories together.

Why they chose this property

We chose this home because, while you can access the freeway in less than 5 minutes, it feels like you're living miles away. We love not having backyard neighbors and enjoy the view of the sagebrush filled butte that is directly behind us. Our street only services the few homes on our "loop". From the home, you can access walking and biking paths that lead to multiple parks in the area. We love hiking and mountain biking in the Red Cliffs National Conservation Area, that access right from our home. We also enjoy playing Pickleball at the nearby courts, and can't get enough of our amazing community pool with its water slide, lazy river, splash pad and hot tubs.

What makes this property unique

With 5 king beds, everyone gets to sleep in comfort. The home has 2 full-size refrigerators (one in the garage) and a commercial ice maker (also in the garage), so you'll never run out of ice and will have plenty to fill your coolers, if you're spending the day riding, boating or swimming at nearby Sand Hollow and Quail Creek Reservoirs. There is a kayak and 2 life jackets available for use. We've also included pantry essentials--such as a collection of spices, sugar, flour, olive oil and vinegar.
