Big House With Pool & Hot tub Next To Beach!

The Piña Colada House! Welcome to our open-concept house and come relax with a cocktail in the pool & jacuzzi all while surrounded by palm trees. Just minutes from Deerfield Beach, restaurants, a great smoothie shop and supermarkets like Whole Foods. You can even have a shopping day in our nearby shopping centers!

Whether you are in the town for vacation or business, this open-concept home is perfect!

The spacious living area is bright and comfortable. Perfect to gather while streaming your favorite shows and movies on our big-screen TV.

The kitchen is well equipped with modern and stainless appliances, a breakfast bar with seating, and a dining area! It has everything you need to prepare your basic meals! We also have 2 microwave ovens.

The master bedroom has a really comfortable queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. In the 2nd room, there's another comfortable queen-sized bed with a slide-out twin bed. In the 3rd room, you'll find a sofa bed already converted to a queen-sized bed for you and a TV. There's even a sofa bed in the living room in case you need some extra sleeping arrangements!

The master bedroom has direct access to the patio, pool & hot tub. The 2nd room has direct access to the patio & pool too!

You'll want to spend all your time outside cooking up on the BBQ, enjoying some bright-colored beverages by the water & having a snooze on the super comfy outdoor sofa.

There are laundry machines, a standing steamer with a garment hanger, high-speed internet & WIFI, and 4 parking spaces included at the house.

Filthy / misleading description of rental
Had to have housekeeping come in due to our feet turning black from floor throughout house. 3 rd bedroom unusable as the a/ c not properly placed in window allowing critters to enter ( feces detected ) only 1 out of 4 TVs working. Filthy pots.pans in kitchen with some cracked dinnerware. Only full size beds throughout with 3 rd bedroom unusable. This bed is an opened futon ( hard mattress). We never used this room. Other bedroom only had tv trays available as tables. No dressers in any bedroom. Old linens provided and sheets were dirty on beds we spent most of a day while housekeeping cleaned. Was declined compensation for not being able to use 3 rd bedroom , tv,s broken , and also denied one nite compensation for having to leave unexpectedly due to a family emergency. Both by VRBO and Host. Waste ... won't rent here again or through VRBO. Very disappointed

Great location, nice property
Really great location and neighborhood. The house was clean and well stocked, and the pool and hot tub and outdoor area was really great. Could maybe use one more piece of furniture in the living room, and the third bedroom is unconventional but perfectly serviceable. Enjoyed our stay, would stay again.

Clean house, great communication
Overall it was a great property for our short spring break trip. It was a good location for us to drive to Jupiter for a spring training baseball game (45 minutes) visit the Everglades (45 minutes) and go to the beach (10 minutes). The house was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed for the week, the property owner/manager was so helpful and quick to communicate, and we loved the pool and hot tub. The reasons I gave it 4/5 stars are because the 3rd bedroom was really not usable for us with 3 small children. It was far from the other bedrooms, had an exterior door, and was rather rough/unfinished. The other reason is that there wasn’t sufficient furniture for our family of 5 to watch a movie together. There was one big bean bag in front of the tv. Otherwise, the house was great and we enjoyed it very much. Thank you!

This home was filthy. The floor was not washed, bathroom sinks were not cleaned and there was urine on the toilet seat. There were hand smuggles all over the patio sliding door and the mirrored wall in the living room. It looked like the bed was made, but we were not confident that the sheets were clean since the house was NOT cleaned. It was so bad we refused to stay there. The 3rd bedroom was an add on with a mattress thrown on the floor that was dark and hot. There was one bedroom with a queen size bed with a twin size mattress in a closet. The place was minimally furnished. The pictures on the sight do not represent what the place looks like.

OK But Not Great
The property was clean. The pool area was nice. The two bedrooms in the house are acceptable. The third bedroom is a small room off the garage with a mattress on the ground which is not good for a senior adult. The living room furniture is sparse. It only has a sofa and a large bean bag, which we had to move from in front of the TV for the senior citizens. NO cable, just a streaming smart TV. So make sure to have your passwords for any personal streaming services.
