In a safe, family-friendly neighborhood, this duplex is an easy stroll from fabulous shopping, wonderful dining, and the hustle and bustle of the Northshore . The historic Walnut Street Pedestrian Bridge is a quick stroll down the hill, and you have several choices for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or ice cream along the way! Walk to Coolidge Park, the Art District or the Tennessee Aquarium via the RiverWalk. With a Bike Chattanooga station at Coolidge Park, you can pedal all over the city for an hour or a day. The private front stoop is perfect for your first cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail, and the backyard is a songbird haven. A public pickleball court, charcoal grill, ball field and neighborhood park are nearby, and all kinds of hiking trails are a short drive away.

Cute & Well-Appointed Home
Close to Coolidge Park and a short drive to downtown. The duplex is clean and contains pretty much everything you might need. Aretha Frankensteins is a fun place for breakfast. It is a walkable neighborhood, but keep in mind that Chattanooga is pretty hilly, so that short walk on the map will take longer than you think!

Wonderful!
We had a wonderful stay! It was our College Freshman Daughter's Spring break and we decided to have a short family getaway to Chattanooga. We chose a perfect place to stay! The rooms were clean and had everything we needed in our home away from home! The bathroom was a nice size and had anything we might have forgotten available! The house is located on the North Shore and it was close to all the activities we wanted to do! The aquarium, hiking, and shopping! It was a lovely walk to the walking bridge over the river as well as to many shops and restaurants! A pickleball court is right across the street and there are even paddles for you to borrow! Highly recommend!!
