Why they chose this property

Its a great neighborhood that is close to almost everything around uptown Charlotte. Its walkable to several bars and restaurants including optimist hall. Cordelia park and the little sugar creek walking trail is very close as well as the light rail stop.

Lots of brand new homes in the area.

What makes this property unique

The wrap around porch is a favorite for most guests. The place has been updated. Its cozy but not too big. It has a separate room for washer and dryer.
