A short 4 minute drive to the beach and you will find yourself along the sandy shoreline and in the more temperate waters of Nantucket Sound.  
1.5 Miles to South Village Beach 
1.6 Miles to Sea Street Beach 
1.7 Miles to Glendon Road Beach 
2.6 Miles to West Dennis Beach  
Close to the Swan River we recommend renting Kayaks (Cape Cod Waterways) for enjoyable scenery and taking in some local wildlife.  
Bass River Golf Course -- 3 miles 
Blue Rock Golf Course -- 2.8 miles  
Ride 2 miles to hop on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a stunning 25-mile biking path that stretches from Dennis to Wellfleet.  
Head 4 miles to Harwich Port (Freedom Cruise Line) and catch the ferry to visit Nantucket.

Perfect
Incredible home. Backyard was stunning with everything you could ask for. Instructions on how to go about the property were crystal clear and the house was immaculate. The group I was with and myself couldn’t have been more pleased.
