The main level features a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a queen sofa bed. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, and kitchenette. All rooms have 4K TVs in them. Backyard amenities include a deck, firepit, and BBQ. Only 1 mile from the Boise River Greenbelt. Within minutes to parks and downtown fun! Parking: Convenient, ample parking is available for guests in the landscaping rock area in front of the home, to the left of the driveway, or the street—the cement driveway to be kept clear, allowing access to the separate residence above the detached garage.

Long Weekend
Very cute house with so many thoughtful details and decor. Loved the park within a five minute walk and a burger/coffee/ice cream shops only a ten minute walk. Everything was perfect!

It is our new "go to"
We had the best stay we have ever had in 4 years of visiting Boise! Our daughter graduated and we had family stay together and it was the amazing! Clean, near BSU, easy to work with, great communicator, so comfortable! It is out new "got to" when we come back as she will be returning for Grad School!

We’ll stay here again!
This house was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. It was so clean and stocked with everything you need while you’re away from home. The location it wonderful! We brought our bikes and rode to the Greenbelt every day. I would highly recommend this property.

Weekend stay
Rented for a weekend. It's in a great area for access to downtown, but just far enough to not have to deal with downtown traffic. Very clean and neat.

This house is so special and unique! It's been completely remodeled. New furniture throughout the entire house. Close to downtown entertainment and peaceful walking paths on Greenbelt. 8 minutes from Boise Airport. This house allows couples to travel together and still have independent living areas.
