the first I was there couldn't check in until after 6pm and called and sent pictures of mold and smelly water in hot tub, the fridge was not keeping the food cool enough. one guy and fixed the fridge. but no one ever came to fix anything else. I called everyday until check out and still got no response, only empty promises. Two days after my ruined vacation and still have no response. Every time I call I'll get a different promise , but no respond action! Very disappointed. The guest with the kids had to stay in a hotel because of the mold.

Check in process was horrible. We were suppose to check in at 4PM and I had to call several times and we weren’t let in the cabin til after 5:30PM. The kitchen was not fully stocked as we had to go buy a pot to make spaghetti and chicken Alfredo in. Dirty underwear left upstairs, dirty pull-up under master bathroom sink. Never got the same answer when I called customer service. Do not recommend.

Deep cleaning required
The primary bedroom shower was completely unusable for at least 1day in a half of our stay. Completely full of mildew on the ceiling and walls. Ceiling fans had thick dust on blades. Back doors leading to the hot tub didn't lock.
