The bathroom is separate, complete with a stand-up shower, vanity with mirror, and all necessary amenities. Large sliding glass doors open to a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the view. The community pool is just a short walk away, and the cottage is surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful flowering plants, making it an ideal getaway for a cozy beach retreat.

The cottage is located at the intersection of Crystal Beach Dr and Scenic 98, an area that feels like stepping into a magazine. Grocery stores (Publix & Whole Foods), Destin Commons, restaurants, and activities are all within a mile, while Silver Sands Premium Outlet and Destin Harbor (Harbor Walk Village) are just 5 miles away. This cottage boasts a truly perfect location.

**Important Note:** This cottage is not baby or toddler-proof. We provide outlet covers and cabinet locks for your convenience. The property includes stairs, and doors can be secured away from them.
