Sun Village Resort vacation rentals

Everything was exactly as booked , information provided by Alyssa and Drake was 100% as was discussed prior to arrivalVilla was spacious and beautiful , breakfast was always on time and so much food. We also did the bbq at villa which was also amazing Install a great first time experience !!

First off owner was so helpful with all my questions and of course changes. The villa was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures don't even do it justice. We were treated like special guests. They had a person that would checkin every day to see what we needed or could help us with. Resort was busy for New Years but we had reservations for our restaurants already for us. The BBQ at the villa was a hit for the team. I told them we had vegetarians and they accommodated them. Everyone was raving about it when we came home. Plenty to do if you wanted or you can just relax. Again excellent communication with owner and will definitely be back as soon as possible.

First off, I want to thank John Wells’ team, the whole process was perfect from beginning to end. Do not read the Trip Adviser comments on this resort, they have nothing to do with what you get by renting from this group. From the airport pick up, to the check in process, I have never felt so well takin care in an all-inclusive resort. The high beaches that you get with this rental are amazing, the food and drinks are also very good. John’s team takes care of everything before you arrive, so no waiting in line to reserve your restaurants, no waiting for the check-in. I am not a huge fan of all-inclusive resorts but this combination of a villa with private pool, stocked fridge and all-inclusive for the rest of the resort was perfect. We had a late flight and left the resort at three and they allowed us to keep our privileges until we left the resorts. This has become our new favourite resort and will rent from John many more times.

We were bumped from our original place which we had booked months in advance. The place we were moved to was nice but very noisy at night. The food was not very good. We both got sick the second day in. But once we watched what we ate it was a very nice vacation.
