Spacious townhome located close to shopping and dining. Centrally located this condo is in a quiet wooded neighborhood. It has two bedrooms, two and a half baths. The kitchen and baths have been recently updated. Kitchen has stainless appliances and a coffee bar. There is also a dining table with seating for four. Light filled large doors located off the kitchen and living room, Also features a small desk and work area. Each bedroom has private full bathrooms and mini balconies. The balconies overlook a private courtyard and sitting area. You are also only steps away from the community pool.

Pool closes at 10pm. There is a pool key provided. Replacement is $150(not what I charge but the HOA) So please don't loose it.
IMPORTANT! There are two parking spaces provided one marked 1018 and an unmarked space. All others will be towed.

Excellent hosts and property. Perfectly clean. Had everything we needed. LOVE the decor. It was easy to feel right at home. Highly recommend. Location was central to both downtown and beach. Quiet neighborhood.

Hidden oasis in the trees.
Exceptional property for our short stay to attend college graduation. Conveniently located, clean, open and spacious. Would definitely stay again in the future and recommend to anyone else looking for clean, quiet and private lodging.
