Aurora Del Mar is across the street from the beach access and backs up to a protected wildlife preserve so you can experience incredible views from both the front and the back. Pro-Tip: You'll really appreciate the separate beverage fridge and ice maker!
The Space
Step inside and you'll be greeted by luxury vinyl plank flooring and all new furnishings. A comfortable sectional provides the perfect retreat at the end of a fun day, and everyone will appreciate the convenience of the built-in beverage station. And did we mention there is a beverage fridge as well as an ice maker?
Take advantage of the 65" TV in the living room and plan a family movie night. If everyone has different interests, no worries, the primary bedrooms have 50" screens and all other bedrooms 43".
The kitchen features gorgeous quartz countertops, stain steel appliances and two pantries, one in the closet and one to the right of the fridge. Plenty of space for the week's groceries!
The large dining table and the breakfast bar provide loads of seating at meal time. You'll also find a convenient coffee station with both a regular drip pot as well as a Keurig.
There are two bedrooms downstairs, both featuring views of the secluded green space. One room has a queen bed with a private bath and the other has two triple bunks perfect for siblings, cousins and best friends. Head upstairs and you'll find two king rooms and two queen rooms, all with private baths. The king rooms feature Gulf views, and the queen rooms face the green space so everyone can relax and enjoy amazing views.
Expansive decks on both the front and the back of the house allow you to savor amazing views, comfortably seated in the upgraded Polywood deck furniture, while sipping your favorite beverage or dining al fresco. The lower deck is gated so that dogs and kiddos are safe!

For your security and protection, this home is equipped with 4 exterior cameras that view the exterior staircase and the parking area. There is also a camera with a beach view.
Fort Morgan and Morgantown
Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives.
Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.
Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.
