On arrival you’re greeted by a spacious outdoor common area featuring ample seating and gulf views! Step inside to the first level and to the left is a completely renovated kitchen with all new top of the line stainless steel appliances and a small dining area with bistro seating for two. Off the kitchen and before the king master bedroom is the one fully renovated marble bathroom with a single vanity and a glass enclosed walk-in shower.
The large king primary suite has a large mounted flat screen TV, dresser, small closet, and black out curtains throughout. The true gem of the king master is the large private open air patio with bar seating for four with stunning gulf and town views. This is the perfect evening escape for cocktails al fresco under a starlit sky or the perfect location to enjoy your morning coffee!
Make your way up the staircase to locate a bonus, spacious living space, featuring a large slipcover sofa (queen sleeper sofa for 2 more guests), additional seating, a flatscreen TV, as well as plenty of windows to bring the stunning outdoors in. * Musician receives one parking pass and shared permit parking is located behind the Holl Building based on availability. There is NO assigned parking. Additional parking by permit is located along Quincy Circle.
