When renting a place to stay, cleanliness is my first priority. Polly’s condo was immaculate and cozy. Just enough room for my husband and I to relax at after full days of house hunting. Polly has thought of everything you need for your stay away from home. Polly went above and beyond to meet our early check-in needs. We would stay here again. Thank you Polly!

I am living my dream. A local girl, a late bloomer of sorts. Always enjoy an adventure. My passion is entertaining for others and making moments in life a little less stressful and lot more memorable. While raising my family In my 20's I started taking college classes. determined to achieve my goal of earning a bachelor degree'. At age 50 I had earned dual degrees. One in Marketing and one in Management. This checked off another dream that I was determined to achieve.. Retired now and not telling my age :). I was employed as a Property Manager for over 300 apartments, was Cable TV Customer Service Manager for spanning an area of two states, finished up my employed years as Human Resource Benefit Manager for a company with over 100 employees. Not telling my age :) but love my retirement and the fact that it affords me the opportunity to do what I enjoy. After a year of owning my condo and seeing other families doing the same while renting their units out occasionally, I decided to do the same and I love it. I have met so many wonderful people, it keeps me busy and there is no denying....gives me a little extra income. I invite you to choose my condo. Please let me know if there is something that I can do to enhance you stay. We all deserve that.

Why they chose this property

I live near Smith Mountain Lake and owned a boat while raising my family and loved visiting the Lake. I always wanted to own property but never thought I could afford it I am retired now and do not need nor want a large home.. I chose to buy this condo because of the size and the location. The reviews that I receive from my guests of every age group state the same reason for their high rating reviews.They love the cozy feeling, the cleanliness, the quick access to everything and the affordability of having it all. Also, included in the rate for my guess is free boat parking and a free dock access to the lake. In short, I choose this neighborhood because it offers it all for an affordable. price. What makes this property unique

My ground level waterfront condo is equipped so that you only need pack your clothes and bring beach towels if visiting during pool season. What makes my property location unique is its rural setting area but it is located close enough to enjoy the restaurants, entertainment, and abundance of history locally .You will also have the opportunity to view the most gorgeous breathing sunsets while sitting on the patio or from inside the LR/Dining area. . My little condo offers you a wonderful atmosphere of rest and relaxation in a rural type setting yet close enough to enjoy a night of various restaurants, music/entertainment or a drive with Virginia's scenic environment/landmarks comparable to the best. I have created an atmosphere inside the condo that is not crowded yet has the amenities that creates an enjoyable retreat. It is proof that wonderful things can come in small packages.
