Perfect for my birthday
Very clean , very spacious and cozy! Definitely will keep this place in mind even if it’s for a get away. I didn’t even have to speak with the owner at all. Everything was easy.

It was a nice place but we had children and this place was a duplex and next door was younger adults who partied both night until 3am in the morning so was very hard to sleep at night.

House was very clean and very cute However couch was very uncomfortable and the toilet seat was not fully attached to the toilet. But overall a great place to stay

DOUBLE-BOOKED
We don't know anything about the actual property, as when we arrived there was a family already moved in. They had rented the place for one night just to host a party. We had originally booked for Sat-Mon, but early the week before called and added Fri. We had to call as it was too late to make changes on the website. The manager/owner made the change on VRBO, but has it double listed and neglected to block it on another rental site. Someone from OKC rented it for Fri and arrived before we were able to get to town. Interestingly, the place is a duplex, and as we were waiting to hear back from the manager/owner the teenagers staying at the place informed me that the duplex next door had also been rented for a party. From the looks of all of the teenagers entering both places, and the amount of "beverages", red solo cups, and ice they were all carrying in it appears we might have been lucky to avoid the place. We had to cancel and find a last minute hotel for the holiday weekend. It was extremely inconvenient. We are waiting for a refund that should take "5-7 business days". Not a good experience - at all.
