3 Large Bedrooms, 2 Full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, large private balcony with propane grill and mountain views.

Quiet, 2nd floor end unit. BIg Screen Smart TV, high speed wireless internet.

Rental includes outdoor parking, access to clubhouse with outdoor heated pool and 2 large outdoor hot tubs. Fitness center, tennis courts, basketball and laundry in the club house.

The free Meadow Ridge Express Ski shuttle (Purple Line) to Winter Park stops directly in front of the unit. Runs every 30 min to and from the resort.

Less than 5 minutes drive to Safeway, liquor store, countless restaurants and breweries. 12 min drive to resort.

Great place
Nice comfortable condo. Our family of 5 were very comfortable. The kitchen had every we needed. The store is 5 mins away. We loved the heated pool and hot tubs (3 min walk) after skiing. Winter Park is 15 mins away. Nicole was easy to work with.

We love Fraser for its relaxed vibe, friendly neighbors, amazing breweries and restaurants.

Enjoy tubing, biking, the Fraser River trail, YMCA of the rockies, and 15 min to winter Park Resort. 40 min drive to lovely Grand Lake.
