Up to six Lucky travelers will feel at home in this two story apartment, just a stone's throw away from Forsyth Park. The Lynwood Collection on Forsyth is located on Historic Gaston Street and has been renovated top-to-bottom. Chic decor ties the space together and creates an inviting space for guests to relax. Enjoy morning or evening strolls beneath the Spanish moss trees, and start your adventure discovering all Savannah has to offer.

Entering on the second floor, you will be provided a secure key code unique to your stay, that ensures safe entry as you check in to your home away from home. Nestle into your coastal digs by gathering together in the living space fitted with a flat screen TV. Guests are welcome to access their streaming favorites like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime. A half-bath has been tucked between the kitchen, and living room, ideal for guests who will be using the queen-size sleeper sofa.

The bright and airy kitchen features an ample amount of counter space, including a large island that can seat your entire group. Guests will enjoy having modern conveniences, such as stainless appliances, and a full-size washer/dryer. Enjoy a glass of wine or a morning cup of joe on the balcony that sits off of the kitchen.

Head upstairs to find two bedrooms, that are furnished with a king and queen size bed. The master bedroom floods with natural light, a flat screen TV, en suite bath with standing shower and a spacious walk-in closet. Next door, the second bedroom is home to a queen size bed and a second en suite bath with tub/shower combo!

Great location
Overall our group of 4 enjoyed the location, the amenities, and the info received about the property. Areas that could be improved: One ensuite did not have a mirror and should have. Black-out curtains in the bedrooms would be nice. WiFi was spotty and was painful to use at times.

Perfect location for a long weekend in Savannah!
We loved this stay- great unit, very clean, perfect location. Getting in and out of the en suite bathrooms upstairs was a little tight for plus-size guests, but other than that the unit was absolutely perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was not going to review since most of my comments will be repeats of others. However, I’ve been sent requests for review multiple times. So here goes—Pros: Great location, clean, walkable to River Street, approx. one block to free shuttle stop, nearby grocery store, off-street parking, comfortable bed, reasonable cost.Cons: WiFi access was terrible despite calls for assistance, shower was extremely tiny (2’x4’), lack of sufficient towel racks, no toilet paper holder(roll placed on top of toilet tank, no shelf or counter space for toiletries, very thin bedroom curtains.

Great Downtown Location but
The location of this property is great for those wanting to walk around downtown Savannah. However, the property itself had a few challenges. Be aware, the steps outside are steep. It is a full flight plus to get to the front door. Another flight inside to get to the bedrooms. The WiFi connection is horrendous. The management team made several attempts , and the solutions often worked. But if you want to use WiFi all the time - it likely will not work. The TVs rely on WiFi. This is an old townhouse- well converted to an apartment. But be aware the bathrooms are tiny. The decor is pleasant but the rug corners roll up so don't trip. Outlets in the bedrooms are not close to the bedside tables. The kitchen is modern and the appliances are good.
