The Majestic Resort is centrally located on the Gulf Coast of Panama City Beach, FL. This 3-bedroom unit and the resort have everything you need to make your vacation a trip of a lifetime. Nestled on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico, beautiful emerald, green waters are only footsteps away. Guests can also take advantage of the 2 large outdoor pools or if you want to take a dip in warmer water try the indoor heated pools. There are three hot tubs on property for guests to hangout and relax in the bubbling water overlooking the Gulf. Hungry after your swim? No problem. Head over to the H2O Poolside Bar and Grill and grab lunch or a drink. A tennis and pickle court are onsite for those who want a workout while on vacation. Movie lovers will be impressed with the Majestic's movie theatre equipped with stadium seating and the perfect way to unwind after a long day in the sun. All the resources you need for your trip can be found on site from Starbucks coffee to the deli and market shop. Majestic is truly a one-of-a-kind property here in Panama City Beach!

The Space:
Modern 3-bedroom Gulf front unit with breathtaking views as soon as you step foot inside. If you want to feel like you are in paradise, then this is the condo for you. As you walk inside you are immediately taken by the fantastic view of the Gulf. Step inside the beautifully updated kitchen with a stunning waterfall style countertop and modern finishes. An impressive coffee and beverage bar is located beside the kitchen for guests to enjoy. Brew a cup of fresh coffee and watch the sunrise from the living area balcony. A washer and dryer are provided for the guests' convenience. Plenty of sleeping space is found through the condo. One room is stocked with a bunk bed and trundle. A spacious second room comes with a luxurious king-sized bed overlooking the water. The main bedroom is also equipped with a king-sized bed overlooking the Gulf. Guests will feel like they are in a spa with the en-suite bathroom. The bathroom includes a tile walk in shower and separate soaking tub which is perfect for those that want to unwind after a long hot day at the beach!

Guest Access:
Minimum Age requirement for booking is 25 years old. There is a covered parking garage for guests. The first vehicle is included with your rental. Any additional vehicles are $20 extra and need to be paid prior to arriving on property. If the garage is full there is a public parking lot one block away on Churchwell (block east). Guests will park in an unloading spot, unload, and go up to their room to get the parking pass before going into the parking garage.

Wristbands are provided to guests. All guests must wear wristbands at all times on property. Wristbands are located in the unit and must be returned to the unit at the end of your stay. Wristbands are $10 each if lost or missing.

The Neighborhood:
The Majestic Resort is located in Panama City beach, a small beach community in Northwest Florida. This resort is nestled in the middle of all of the action with dining, activities and special attractions all at your fingertips. Those wanting to relax on the beach can just walk down to the property and they are steps away from beautiful white sand and world-famous sunsets. Jet ski rental available on-site at behind the resort. Many shops, restaurants bars and land-based activities are all within walking distance from the resort. If you are looking to explore, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, fishing charters, scuba diving excursions, dolphin tours, Pier Park are all only a short drive away.

Getting Around:
Restaurants and shopping plazas are all within walking distance from the resort. For those wanting to get out and explore most restaurants, retail centers, parks and other activities are all within a short drive from the resort. Scooter and golf cart rentals are a short walk from the resort and some places offer delivery options.

Other Things to Note:
Age Requirements. You must be 21 years of age to rent this unit.
Pets Policy: No pets are allowed in any unit or on the premises. Non-compliance will result in eviction with no refund.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted in any unit. Non-compliance will result in eviction with no refund
Check-In. Check-in is 4 pm CST or later on the scheduled day of arrival. Arrival information will be emailed to you the day prior to arrival provided all amounts owed are paid.
Check-Out. Check-out is no later than 10 am CST the day you are scheduled to leave.
Parking. Each reservation will receive one (1) complimentary parking pass. Additional parking passes are $20 each and must be purchased prior to arrival. Should the Parking Garage reach maximum capacity, you will be directed to the City Parking lot. Maximum two vehicles per reservation.
