Not exactly what we were expecting :(
Pictures misrepresent the state of accommodations. House is very old, bathroom is falling apart and we asked for an ocean view room - you could barely see it out of one corner of the window. The rest of the view was of construction. “Farm to table breakfast” is a bit of a stretch too - basically everything was store bought except the tomatoes from the patio - which was a mess. Host didn’t even bother to ask us when we would like breakfast or if any dietary restrictions, nor did she ask if we enjoyed our stay. Seems she doesn’t seem to care really!

The Boardwalk Beach House is a 9 Bedroom 9 Bathroom Bed and Breakfast in a classic Victorian style home built in 1910. All bedrooms have private bathrooms. The property offers views of the Santa Cruz Beach & Boardwalk, the Ocean and the Santa Cruz Pier. Farm to Table breakfast and wine tastings are offered on the weekends. There is a large common area and two brick patios with plenty of room for relaxing! Come spend the weekend with us or take some time off during the week to visit the beach :)
