Our home is equipped with the latest technology, including Starlink internet, ensuring that you have all the connectivity you need while enjoying the tranquility of the great outdoors.

Gaze at the stars from the comfort of our living room couch, or step outside and take in the spectacular views from our new deck.

Perfect Escape!
We loved this property and everything about it. You could tell that everything had been carefully thought out with guests comfort and safety in mind and many unexpected extras! The home was charming, very clean, very comfortable beds and excellent location-very convenient to everything. Neal was very responsive and an excellent host. Thank you Neal!

Great fall getaway!
We celebrated our 16th anniversary in Franklin and had a great time. Property was very clean and well maintained. The location was beautiful and communication with owner was very easy. Would stay here again and bring kids along in future as well!

Highly Recommend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, neat, and comfortable. I enjoyed the beautiful views and quite location. It was also conveniently located between Franklin and Highlands. Our kids loved the many activities outside and inside (many toy options inside and large, open yard). The property manager was kind, attentive, and welcoming. We would highly recommend this location and hope to stay again in the future!

Perfect Place To Stay
Highly recommended. Quiet neighborhood with easy access from town. Really enjoyed the deck and fire pit. Extremely clean and well stocked. Owner takes great pride at making you feel at home. Perfect for families with children with plenty of games and toys. Nice large level lot on a river with circular drive and plenty of parking. I will be booking again on next trip.
