The condo has a nice size balcony patio and plenty of room in the common area for you to enjoy this view from the couch or from the balcony!! This Beach front condo will sleep up to 6 people. Two queen beds and twin bunks!!! This beach condo is located right on the beautiful Panama City Beach, many attractions close, restaurants, night life, and local attractions are just feet away! The condo has a private pool, tennis courts, and is located right behind a Hershey Ice Creamery!

Bad view to right/balcony unscrewed
Bottom left of 8th floor balcony was broken. Not screwed in. The master bedroom mattress sank in extremely low and was difficult to get out of. I mean really difficult. I am in my 40s and souse is in his 50s. We were both barely able to walk for days. The property is DIRECTLY next door to a rundown Club La Vela. View to beach was nice but when half your balcony is facing an empty pool and nightclub, no so nice. There were no trash bags left in the condo. For all the additional miscellaneous fees I was charged, I expected a gate code to get in from beach. Wasn’t given the gate code. Had to let kids let us in as night property contact had zero information. Cigarette burns on the rug on patio and smelled of ashes.
