Spark gourmet meal inspiration in the gleaming chef's kitchen, equipped with all the major appliances, plus deluxe features, including a six-burner gas range and another beverage fridge. There's seating at the breakfast bar and the dining table. A private home office comes appointed with a dedicated desk and office chair for remote working convenience. Primary guests will enjoy main-floor bedroom access and a host of private en suite features, including a massive smart TV and an attached bathroom complete with an enormous walk-in closet, a salon-style vanity, an enclosed shower, jetted tub, and a water closet equipped with a bidet for added pampering. All three upstairs bedrooms also feature smart TVs and en suite bathrooms for ultimate privacy and convenience. Two bedrooms share access to a water-view balcony. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Security camera details: Ring camera on front door and both sides of the house.
Dock details: Tie-off boat moorage/access is permitted.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
