Wonderful House
We had 5 adults and 2 kids staying at the property. It is a beautiful house with good views. We appreciated that the house was equipped with kid friendly dishes and plastic ware. There is a baby gate at the top of the stairs. While it was a little strange having the bunk beds at the top of the stairs and having to go through them to get to the main bedroom, it wasn't an issue for us. It is a long winding road to get to the property, but we had no trouble navigating it in a van. We loved the privacy. We enjoyed making smores on the firepit and drinking coffee on the deck. It is quiet and peaceful. The property is close to Asheville and other attractions. I would definitely recommend it to other families.

Short Getaway
Cool house at the top of a mountain. Very clean, and a great spot to star gaze and bird watch. A close drive to Asheville, Sliding Rock and Chimney Rock. Family had a fab time!
