Cozy, clean home!
Home was clean and well kept. It would be nice to have lamps and an extra chair in living room. The negative is, I do think paying guest should not be asked to park on the side road and freely allowed to park in front of the home if parking is available, especially for handicapped circumstances, and the fact that street parking is for public use, and your paying guests shouldn't be asked to reserve parking in front of the house we are paying to stay in for the convenience of the neighboring houses. Also, the front sidewalk leading to the house is in need of repair as it could pose a tripping hazard. Hopefully, these 2 things can be addressed for future handicapped guests.

Short Term Stay
This was a short-term stay for my niece who is a pharmacy student doing a summer internship in the area for the summer. She loved everything about the property and especially how close it was to just about everything within 5-10 minutes.
