The Apt is located in a quaint little town that has been known nationally for many years as the home of the living Sign. My very picky wife liked the size and decor of the APT. The view out the front windows is something from a Gilmore Girls or Good Witch episode. The view from the back sun room was of tree covered hills. We were in town for a family event so it is not our first trip to the area. I have stayed at many BB and house rentals and I would rate this the best of them that is not saying the others were not good it is just this was nicer.

This apartment is amazing. I was nervous it would be loud right on the street and above a bar and restaurant but it was so quiet. My significant other, 17 year old daughter and 3 year old son came with me. We were all so comfortable and content. We visited bc my daughter is doing two courses at Alfred University. We visited Hornell which is a short drive like less than 10 minutes and just enjoyed some much needed downtime. 10/10 recommend staying here. Larry is a great host.
