Visit the Air Force Academy, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs and Climb the Incline or visit Cave of the winds and the Manitou Cliff Dwellings. An hour 1/2 drive to Royal Gorge Bridge and only 10 minutes from Colorado Springs Airport. So much to do so close.

Great accommodations and location
We had a great stay! Easy access into the house, everything worked, plenty of hot water for seven ladies. Plenty of privacy. Loved having three full bathrooms and washer and dryer. The drive into Manitou is about 30 minutes but worth it for the overall price of the house. Very happy with our choice.

Nice spacious and cozy place
Overall property is well kept and clean. Really enjoyed the basement and the cozy chairs/huge bean bags during movie night. Would stay again if ever come back to the area.

Great location
It was a nice clean home, in a family friendly neighborhood. We felt very safe and secure in the home. Located near many of the places we wanted to go and things we wanted to see. Home was well stocked, nice back yard, a place with a firepit, although we didnt make use of it. Kevin reached out before we arrived, gave me housecode and some other information, including his phone number should we need anything.

Whether you are coming to Colorado to hike, visit family, or for a unique experience, Colorado Springs has it all. From the magnificent views of Pikes Peak, to old mining towns, Hiking, biking, skiing, Colorado Springs is centrally located only a short drive away.
We have 5 military bases located only nearby. Colorado College, University of Colorado Colorado Springs, The Money Museum, Royal Gorge, The mining museum, and so much more.
