Less than 10 minutes from The Strip, it was designed to be a comfortable oasis for intimate groups who need downtime in a stylish environment. The world's most comfortable couch (try it!) A Japanese soaking tub to melt your stress away. 3000 square feet, 10-14 foot high ceilings, a massive gourmet kitchen, a spacious great room, a patio door that slides 8' wide open to reveal the great outdoors, a 3 car garage -- all nestled on a private, half acre. An attached in-laws quarters with private entry is included, as well. Your neighbors won't bother you while you hang out or relax in style! Need a limo, btw? We can arrange one. Want pool party or club reservations? Allow our in-house concierge to help you book a trip you will be delighted with; no charge for guests who book our property!

SCAM - DO NOT BOOK !! I was scammed by this listing/host
The day before our arrival, I received an email with the street address of this property and when I entered it into Google Maps, it was an abandoned lot with nothing on the premises. I attempted to contact the host several times to figure out how to check in, but the host never answered or returned my calls/texts. My group and I were left stranded and had to pay out of pocket for a hotel room for our stay. I've submitted a claim through VRBO and will hopefully get this resolved as soon as possible!

It was a good second-time experience from Vrbo with specially designed for big groups. A few things that could have been better 1) Clear instructions on when we will get keys 2) Some Bathrooms didn't have shampoo, conditioner and body wash 3) Response times from the host could have been better

I saw this brand new home and fell in love immediately with its high ceilings, spacious layout, and collaborative design. I knew I could create a space groups would love to lounge in with their close family and friends.

Why they chose this property

The home is situated on a private half acre in a semi-rural neighborhood with horses as neighbors. It is very quiet; however, if you want to find excitement it is less than a quarter mile away. You get the best of both worlds! Walmart and one of Vegas' largest parks are 2 blocks away - yet the home is in a very quiet neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

The kitchen is a gourmet chef's dream; top of the line appliances with a 10 foot wide waterfall-style quartz island and a six foot wide stainless steel built-in fridge to store your culinary masterpieces or to chill your favorite beverages.
