This home has been completely renovated, and was new to the market in summer 2023!
The location on East Twin is perfect. Flat and shallow entrance to the water with a beautiful sandy bottom for swimming or water games. There is easy boat access. East Twin is a premier All Sports lake in Northern Michigan. It is ~830 acres, and boasts excellent fishing! Lewiston is central to snowmobile/UTV trails, state land, and 4 Championship golf courses! It can be an easy day trip to wineries, and all to the amenities that Northern Michigan offers. The property is walking distance to a park with a beach and playground. It is also a quick stroll into town for coffee, shopping, and restaurants.

This unique property is a duplex. Each side of the duplex has it’s own locked entrance into the living areas which have a kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Each unit will sleep 6 people comfortably. There is also a full family room, dining and smart TV when you want to be inside. The outside space has a privacy wall between units. There is a patio table, outside seating, gas grill and a firepit. There is a shared dock, so bring your boat or kayak if you want to explore this beautiful, clear lake. We have a pontoon available for rent as well. Enjoy the ease of a pontoon boat being onsite and ready!

There is access to a shared laundry/utility room or that door can remain locked or unlocked to share space with your friends or family on the other side. This listing is for one side of the duplex. Relaxing in Northern Michigan
We stayed over Labor Day weekend. Our friends rented the the other side. It was great to be able to be connected to each other. We rented a pontoon from the owners. The duplex and pontoon were very clean and well taken care of. The lake is beautiful. Sunsets were amazing. While we were there the town had a farmers market on Saturday and all the stores were open. Great shopping! Definitely would rent again

We booked this cottage for my son's 17th birthday for him and three friends. We all had a great time. My husband and the boys really enjoyed the pontoon.

We had a cottage in lower Michigan when our kids were young. We had a great core group of friends that used to come to the lake with us all summer, and we watched our kids grow up together. We developed a true appreciation for Lake Life and Michigan! We started exploring Northern Michigan and discovered Lewiston through friends. We found ourselves coming up more and more, and eventually found an opportunity to get two of the original core families together to share this property. We hope to make this a slice of paradise for our guests, so they can make lasting memories like we have living the Lake Life.
