I am a medical professional who came to the Northfork to fish, swim and waterski as a child and have always wanted a little piece of this natural paradise. I found it in this property, and have spent the last 9 years restoring the home and optimizing the land to emphasize its serenity & unparalleled natural beauty. It is the perfect escape from the chaos and pollution of urban life. During Covid, I was fortunate enough to have the time to meticulously build a flower garden that blooms different perennials monthly as well as a large working raised garden growing fruits, herbs and an array of vegetables depending on the time of the year.

The majestic landscape and idyllic open views are only part of the magic of this property that comfortably sleeps 12 guests. Guests can watch the sunrise while having coffee on the day bed on the front wrap around porch or catch the sunset amidst the grapevines while having a glass of local wine and grilling on the back porch. Unwind in the brand new 6-8 person hot tub or meditate on hammocks around the water fountains or walk the flower paths. Hit your own private gym for a quick workout and finish with a refreshing outdoor shower or take a short walk to the sound beach, farm stand or one of two vineyards down either side of the road. Basketball hoop, volleyball net, fire pits for s"mores, corn hole, and other games add activities for children. Perfectly located, perfectly private, this property fits every definition of a Nofo Shangri -la!
