About this property

North Reno Condo

Close to everything yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Approximately 10 minutes to downtown, midtown, Reno Sparks Convention Center, UNR, or Renown Regional Medical Center. Reno’s amazing restaurants, bars, and the Truckee River are all at your fingertips!

The condo is on the second floor of a two-story building, accessed by stairs. It is an older late 70s building with mature trees all around that provide a serene view from most of the windows.

We have updated the condo with remodeled bathrooms, new kitchen appliances and modern furnishings.

The master bedroom features a King bed with en suite bath with shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the main bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

There is an uncovered balcony to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air.

It's a great basecamp for your visit to Reno, Sparks, and Tahoe!

Wonderful time GREAT location nice and clean. If I ever get the opportunity to visit again this is the first place I will check into. It’s quite and so PEACEFUL. I had trouble with access due to bad communication on entering the unit but once inside I was very satisfied and happy with my choice.

Great stay at Reno Pines!
We had a great stay at Reno Pines! Katrina was super helpful and attentive. The place had many great little touches and amenities. We would definitely stay again in the future when we visit Reno. Quiet neighborhood and easy drive to all the Reno Casinos and Convention center. Thanks for creating a great space for us to enjoy Katrina!

We love how easily accessible all of Reno is from the condo, yet it feels tucked away. We also love the views of Reno and the mountains from the north. Just a short walk from the condo is a park with epic Reno views!
