Welcome to Legacy Landing!
Legacy Landing is a new 2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury cabin in Winding Creek Phase II. Relax in the master bedroom downstairs while enjoying the fireplace and beautiful bathroom with soaking tub! Upstairs has two sets of bunk beds, bathroom and a covered deck. Enjoy the back deck while soaking in the hot tub! Sit by the fire pit or play a game of corn hole all while enjoying peace and quiet!

The cabin is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

★ DOGS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We allow dogs 25 lbs or less with a 2 pet maximum. Larger breeds must be approved by the management team. Non refundable pet deposit required.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ Noise Ordinance ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

- Oils, seasonings, and cooking basics
- Ice
- Personal Toiletries
- Firewood and starters

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.
Below is a list of the items:

- 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
- 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 bottle of dish soap
- 2 sponges
- 4 dishwasher pods
- 4 tall kitchen garbage bags
- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer
- Small sugar
- Salt/ pepper
- 1 small bottle of laundry soap
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.
