Take Me A Bay, is located in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama. This unit is new to the short-term rental scene and has just been tastefully updated. Unit is a 2 bed, 2 bath on the top floor of Bayview Condominiums, a gated, waterfront community. The unit looks out to Wolf Bay and the community pool. There are two, under-unit parking spaces, along with additional parking within the complex, with no parking permits required! The unit comfortably sleeps 4, with additional sleeping on 2 living room full-size pull-out sofa-beds. Each bedroom includes a chest of drawers, closet space, with Smart TVs, in every room, and connected to the units free WiFi.
The full kitchen is equipped with all new cookware, appliances (ice maker), bake ware, utensils, and dinnerware. Eat at the kitchen bar that seats 4, or the small dining table, which will also accommodate 4. Enjoy the view while grilling out on the balcony, and then dine at the table and chairs and balcony bar, with seating for 4. Bayview is a golf cart friendly complex and so is the surrounding area of Orange Beach. Make sure to check with the Orange Beach Police Department to confirm the regulations when using your golf cart outside of the complex. There are also several stores to rent golf carts within minutes of the property. The Bayview complex is a boater's paradise with free boat/jet ski on site storage, a private boat ramp, first-come first-serve boat slips, at the beautifully renovated docks. Enjoy fishing off the dock or have a picnic under the covered pavilions which provide picnic table and chairs. Be on the lookout for dolphins and be sure to catch the amazing evening sunsets over Wolf Bay. Wolf Bay and the surrounding waters have many restaurants to visit by boat, or just cruise the beautiful inter-coastal waterway with its spectacular views, sandbars and islands. You can drive your car, take the golf cart or ride your bike, less than 2 miles, to the public beach access, Cotton Bayou, to the Gulf of Mexico and the whitest beaches we are so famous for. Once there you will again be within walking distance to some of the most wonderful restaurants, bars, and shopping areas. Can't forget about the famous Flora-Bama Bar which is right on the Florida-Alabama line and a must visit site when you are in the area. Visit the many Alabama state parks where you can walk or bike the trails. Take the short 2 1/2-mile drive to the Wharf, which has a movie theater, retail shops, bars, and restaurants, Ferris wheel, and a nightly laser light show. The Wharf's amphitheater hosts a calendar of events and concerts. Take another short 15-minute drive into Gulf Shores with its many shops, restaurants, malls, outlets, and even a zoo. Gulf Shores is also home to OWA Park and the all-new Tropic Falls indoor water park, rides, attractions, shopping, restaurants, including Paula Deen's Family Kitchen. Continue on into Foley, AL where you will find several attractions such as mini golf, amusement parks, shopping outlets and malls, and many more restaurants and dining spots unique to this area. When staying at Take Me A Bay, you could enjoy a relaxing vacation and never leave the site, or travel just minutes away, in either direction, to everything fun, yummy, and more! Condominium Rules:
1. Drying towels and clothing in commons areas and on all railings is prohibited.
2. Glass containers are prohibited within the gated area surrounding the pool. All toddler children must wear swimming diapers when using the pool. All children under the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. A 911 phone is affixed to the pool house wall and is to be used in an emergency requiring immediate assistance.
3. Quiet hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00 am daily. This includes the boat wash area, the pier, and the tennis court areas.
4. Do not litter. Properly dispose of trash from all common areas. This includes cigarette butts, personal items and trash.
5. The dumpster must be kept free of trash that cannot be placed in the dumpster. Under no circumstances is it allowed to stack trash outside the dumpster. If the dumpster is full, owners, guests, and renters are responsible for removing/handling their own trash. NOTE: The dumpster is located by the pool.
6. The speed limit throughout Bay View is 7 mph.
7. Do not drive or park a wheeled vehicle of any kind on the grass.
8. Do not use charcoal or gas grills above the ground floor. Only electric grills are allowed above the ground floor. All grills must have a functioning grease trap. Grease should be disposed of properly and not poured down the drain.
9. Trailers with boats/jetskis or trailers with boats/jetskis docked at Bay View are to be parked in the designated covered parking area and/or in the West boat/jetski trailer parking areas only. Absolutely no vehicles may be parked in the designed Southwest or West boat parking areas. NOTE: First-come, first-serve boat slips are the first 6 slips located closest to shore on the South side of the first dock.
10. No bikes, skateboards, skates, or golf carts are to be operated close to parked cars or on the dock or pier.
11. When cleaning fish all fish parts must be bagged and properly disposed of in the dumpster. No bait, trash, or fish parts are to enter the water. When using the fish cleaning stations, they must be cleaned after use.
12. No fireworks are allowed at Bay View, including the deck and pier.
13. No one under the age of 16 is permitted to drive a golf cart on Bay View property without being accompanied by an adult.
14. Excessive vulgarity, drunken and/or confrontational behavior, and any lewd behavior are strictly prohibited.
15. No vehicles parked in designated areas may extend into line of traffic or driveways so that it impedes traffic flow. Obey all posted "No Parking" signs. All "Fire Lanes" must be free and clear of obstruction at all times. Do not park your vehicle so that it blocks any common areas such as stairs or storage rooms. All on-site vehicles must be operable. No campers, RVs, or oversized vehicles are permitted to park overnight.
16. The boat launch has a combination lock, which should be relocked after launching or removing your boat.
17. Displayed flags deemed offensive by the Board are not permitted.
