Incredible Gulf access with wide open views from this special home with private end of street location. Spend the winter or come for a couple days to enjoy the best of island living. Wide open floor plan with updated and fully stocked kitchen, comfy living room and spacious dining room. Pristine bedrooms offer quality linens and comfortable mattresses for a restful sleep every night! Don't miss the kayaks offered free of charge for your entertainment, as well as fire pit, outdoor seating, two grills, and fenced yard. So much to see and do, or the perfect spot to do a little bit of nothing. There is another cottage located on property that could have guests renting, as well. look for Sunset Brooke! Shared space will be laundry space downstairs, use of kayaks, and yard area. Rent both homes for larger families. Dogs welcome. Pet fee is $50 per pet per visit, 2 pet maximum. Airbnb guests, please notify us as fee will need to be billed on the Airbnb venue. Come relax, enjoy the breeze off the water and see what it means to live island style! Sunset Helen's welcomes you to our little bit of paradise!

Quiet vacation
I would book again. There are 2 homes on this property very close together. We were lucky, other house not rented for most of our stay. I would probably book both homes next time and bring family. We kayaked everyday and enjoyed sitting outside. If you like fishing bring your poles and fish off the dock.
