Denver 2 King Beds, Remodel, Cozy Holly Lower Unit

This remodeled unit is very inviting and packed with amenities! Bright updated kitchen with cooking amenities, coffee, and snacks. 2 bedrooms with king beds, hotel quality linens, and top rated mattresses. Spacious living area, high speed wifi, and smart TVs. Centrally located in Denver near light rail station, Interstate 25, shopping, restaurants, and everything fun. You will love it.

This is the lower unit of a duplex. There is an upper unit above that is also guest occupied. Please do not disturb other guests. The only shared space is public street parking. Each unit has a private separate entrance, and a private fenced yard. You will love the size of the unit and the location

Guests will access through the north side gate, with the entrance at the back door. On the day of your arrival, the host will send lockbox instructions. Check in is at 4PM.

We communicate via app, text and mobile.

Wonderful and centrally located neighborhood, close to light rail, shopping and fun.

Denver is best seen from car, but we have a great light rail station very close by.

Good central location. Quiet neighborhood
Nice central location for traveling around Denver. Quick access to freeway was nice for getting around. Place was clean and beds were comfortable. This is a lower unit so you will hear the guests upstairs.

Great place!!! Very open living space
One of the best places I've stayed for travel. Great and safe neighborhood and the house was very relaxing to come back to after work. Big TV's, great kitchen and all. Highly recommend.
