La Vita Salata! private pool new, luxury home 30A Seagrove +golf cart

We fell in love with this sandy street four years ago and it was our dream to have a beach house south of 30A. 4 Min Walk to Eastern Dune Lake Access or Ramsgate Access (beach service provided to this access). The dune lakes are one of the amazing unique wonders! Our home has 3 wonderfully luxe suites with private bathrooms. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom, perfect for kids and teenagers!

Bed 4 Upstairs- Queen with Full on top (shared bathroom with shower/tub)
Bed 5 Upstairs- 2 Twin XL (bunk beds), Twin Day bed, Twin Trundle (shared bathroom with shower/tub)

Walk or take the golf cart to Old Florida Fish House and Beachy Bean Coffee. Or pick up your favorite bag of beans and grind them and brew your own perfect cup to enjoy by the pool. Fonville Press in Alys is highly recommended for coffee beans and espresso martinis. Don’t forget to try their gumbo for lunch or dinner!

Home includes plenty of Crate and Barrel dishes and glassware, and a second set of pool friendly dishes and cups, and plastic wine glasses. A small starter supply of household items are included: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soaps, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and body lotion. If you need anything, Instacart delivers or there is a Publix very close by! Charcoal grill provided, pool towels, outdoor shower, and ice maker.

We have a bucket of charcoal for the grill, feel free to use what is there and replenish at your convenience. Please help pay it forward and leave any extra in the bucket for the next guest. We also love Shaka and Amigos 30A if you don't feel like cooking!

Water Access Info: Golf cart parking at the end of Dalton Dr. around the corner from Eastern Dune Lake Access, note: need to cross the dune lake to get to the beach. Walkway bridge coming in 2024! Other accesses nearby include Ramsgate Access (beach service available here from SHADE 30A 850-865-3232) and Walton Dunes Access (has golf cart parking). Boat ramp located on Lakeview Dr. for a second kayak put-in area.
