Which beach would you walk to first? A 3-minute walk to the 2k Simpson Bay Beach with full-service cabanas or Maho Beach where we can see the planes land over our heads, (or skip the crowds and watch planes come and go from the portico at a safer distance)? Nightlife, bars, restaurants & casinos nearby. Quiet gated community. The large family-style home is a perfect blend for families and friends alike.
The space
Relax in the new 6-person spa and enjoy this completely remodeled house. 3 beds/2 baths, refurnished with roomy living spaces, great kitchen and private outdoor spaces for dining, lounging, and spa.
Guest access
The courtyard-style house is yours to enjoy from the side breezeway with lounge area and outdoor dining, the new 6-person Spa with lounger and sunshade pergola to the portico with a full sofa and love seat for plane spotting.
Other things to note
If your party has kids under 12 we will consider 7 guests.
The residence is 5 steps up and is not easily accessible to the handicapped.

A great time!!
This house is perfect for a foursome. It looks just like the pictures. It was very clean and we never saw a bug. Shelby greeted us upon our arrival. It’s in a great location. We walked to D’s Beach Bar often which is a perfect place to sunbathe and eat and drink.

We live outside of Boston USA with our 2 teens. We renovated this space with travelers in mind. Our property manager Shelby will take care of you, she speaks French, Spanish, English, Portuguese and is learning Italian.

Why they chose this property

Beach access without driving is key, also walk to Maho nightlife. We love the Dutch side, and this part of Beacon Hill is very quiet at night. Great place for a stroll around the neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Not many places have a hot tub to enjoy at night after going to the beach for the day,
