Come enjoy the ocean breeze in this 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Plenty of parking. Enjoy refreshments in the outside patio after a beach day, walking distance to eateries. 30 min walk to pier or 1 mile drive. 1.8 mile to downtown Carlsbad. 20 min drive to LEGOLAND. End your day with a walk along the waves and a beautiful sunset. Farmers market every Thursday with live music, unique food and merchandise just south of coast highway.

Beautiful Oceanside Getaway
This beautiful property is perfect for a beach getaway. It is beautifully appointed and just the right size for a small family or two couples. A short walk takes you to an amazing view of the ocean and many dining options. The property smelled clean and inviting when we walked in, and the property owner was very responsive. We would love to visit again.

Great place to stay
Our family had a great time staying at Townsite. The house was very clean and equipped with everything needed to make it feel like a home away from home. Very close to the beach and famous Oceanside Pier. Jacinta was very attentive and quick to respond. Can’t wait to return!!!

Best place to stay in Oceanside
What a beautiful and wonderful place to stay. Not only is the description spot on, what it doesn’t say is how the Host has thought of everything to make your stay just that much more enjoyable. Whether it’s the quiet neighborhood or boogie boards and beach chairs, or the well appointed kitchen to do all of our own cooking, it was there! I can’t imagine what else you would need to enjoy your stay here!
