There is no smoking inside of the home, no parties, loud music or events. Please keep in mind we do have neighbors, thank you!
$500 fine will be applicable if any rules are broken

Please note that we charge $25 per night per pet fee. We allow maximum of 2 dogs. No cats, sorry.

Absolutely Terrible - DO NOT STAY HERE
Terrible experience - Disgusting Property -charged for early check but did not have entry code ready -Showers had mold, and a lot of it, in the showers and the owner had the audacity to blame me and my peers for putting it there, he obviously does not know how mold works. -when asking about a refund, he asked what I would do for a review. I stated that it would probably be best that i just dont leave a review and he refund a good portion of our rate. He then accused me of extortion. -This property IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE COMPLEX where it resides. We found this out by talking to the front desk about the key fob that was provided to access the facilities, which was not working. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.!!!!!

The apartment was perfect, clean and it had everything we needed. We even got to grill. The host responded all my concerns on not being able to connect to the internet and was able to connect all my devices. Thank you.
