This beautifully renovated and maintained open floor plan house is perfect for your family or group. The dining room opens to a gorgeous new large kitchen with lots of cabinets, counter space and an island. There is both a family room and a living room on the ground floor with smart TVs. The family room has a roll-out cot.

Stairs lead up to the second floor with 3 comfy bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom is about the size of many hotel suites and has both a queen and a full bed along with its own private 2nd level sunroom. All bedrooms have a small programmable safe 6"W x 5"T x 6"D, privacy door chain locks, smart TV, table fan and mirror. Portable playpen and high chair available upon request.

Driveway has parking for 6 cars and house has keypad smart locks. Back patio has charcoal grill and seating for smoking.

Welcome to the safe and convenient Hikes Point Neighborhood in the East end of Louisville! You will be close to many delicious restaurants and shopping options. The sidewalks in the neighborhood are safe and the roads are low traffic inside the residential area. The location is perfect for the whole family or group. 2 mi to I-264; 3 mi to I-64; 8 mi to I-65; 10 mi to downtown; 9 mi to Churchill Downs; 9 mi to Airport.

Perfect space for a group
Loved this place! Lots of space and beds for all. Loved having 2.5 baths. Nice open kitchen. The enclosed upper porch is lovely. Had all we needed for a visit. Easy access and not far from doing everything in Louisville

Quiet neighborhood
This was a nice home, with ample space. In a nice quiet neighborhood in Louisville Kentucky. Plenty of room for sleeping and plenty of room for sleeping and plenty of room for relaxation. So there was plenty of dishware and cooking utensils. Also there was coffee available, and breakfast stuff available along with some treats. The host was very responsive and checked on us a couple times. Which was nice.
