VAPING POLICY - Smoking/Vaping of any product is NOT allowed both in and on the premises or anywhere near the property. If smoking does occur premises or in the yard or close to neighboring properties, Occupant is responsible for all damage/fines caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns, odors, and removal of debris.

PLEASE READ! The property you are renting is located in a residential neighborhood where long term owners and neighbors reside. Occupant may not host parties on the premises or invite guests to the premises with the intention of having a party or social gathering that would disturb neighbors, owners or occupants in adjacent properties. Quiet time for guests is from 10:00pm-8:00am.
Failure to abide by this policy is grounds for immediate eviction with no return of any rental amounts. Any damage or fines caused by a party will be reported to Vrbo and you will be charged as necessary to cover costs/damages/fines.

If you are wanting to inquire about staying at The Owl House and wanting to host an event with 10 or more people, we have special pricing to accommodate using the space as a small venue. You must inquire about the event when booking. If you do not make known your intentions of using the space as an event venue, you risk being immediately removed from the property and will not get a refund for your stay. The maximum amount of guests allowed to stay overnight on the property is 8, with a $15 fee per person per night for any additional guests, up to 10.

I understand and acknowledge that participation in the activities and use of the products, and services offered by HoneyBee Homestays, LLC bear certain known risks and unanticipated risks which could result in injury, death, illness, or disease, physical or mental, or damage to myself, to the minor identified below, or my property. I understand and acknowledge those risks may not result in personal claims against HoneyBee Homestays, LLC or claims against by spectators or other third parties. These risks include but in no way are limited to the following:
Personal injury, illness and possible loss of life, and risks of damage to or loss of personal property which may occur when using the firepit at The Owl House.
I am acknowledging for myself and other guests on the property and assume all risks as the rentee of the property. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HoneyBee Homestays, LLC and affiliated companies, their vendors, their advertising, promotion, and public relations agencies, co-sponsoring companies and their affiliates and agencies, and all officers, directors, employees and agents of the aforesaid entities from any and all claims and costs, including attorneys’ fees, relating to, arising from, or in connection with using the firepit. In no event shall HoneyBee Homestays, LLC be liable in any way for the use of the firepit by rentee’s or guests of the rentee.
I understand and acknowledge that the above list is not complete or exhaustive, and that other risks, known or unknown, identified, or unidentified, anticipated, or unanticipated may also result in injury, death, illness, disease, or damage to myself, other guests, or to my property.
ACCEPTANCE OF RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY:
I voluntarily agree, and promise to accept and assume all responsibilities, and risk for injury, death, illness or disease or damage to myself, other guests, or to my property arising from my use of the premises, facilities, equipment, and services offered by HoneyBee Homestays, LLC.
-->CONDITION OF PREMISES:
Occupant has not viewed the Premises prior to entering into this Agreement. Occupant shall, on arrival, examine the Premises, all furniture, furnishings, appliances, fixtures and landscaping, if any, and shall immediately report, in writing, if any are not in operating condition or are in disrepair. Reporting repairs does not give Occupant the right to cancel
this Agreement or receive a refund of any payments made. Occupant acknowledges this is a home rental and potential maintenance issues are inherent in renting a home that owner cannot guarantee all items/appliances/etc will be operational upon arrival or during stay
however, owner will make any and every attempt to correct any issue immediately.
-->ALTERATIONS:
Occupant shall not make any alterations in or about the Premises including, but not limited to, moving furniture, painting, wallpapering, adding or changing locks, installing antenna or satellite dishes, placing signs, displays or exhibits, or using screws, fastening devices, large nails or adhesive materials.
