A close neighbor to Orlando, this Davenport Regal Palms townhome is the perfect place to soak up the Florida sunshine! Right at your stay, play in the sunshine as you dip into the shared pool, hot tub, volleyball court, and grilling area. Additionally, you will have access to a fitness room and nearby golf.

Indoors, relax in the air-conditioning when you need to cool off. The open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen promote family time, so gather around the TV in the living room while tuning into your favorite TV shows and movies. Also in this space, utilize the provided work desk for any remote work projects that need to get done.

When you're ready to eat, whip up culinary creations in the well well-equipped kitchen amongst the gleaming countertops, dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances.

All of the bedrooms are located upstairs, along with one en suite full bathroom and hallway bathroom. Extra perks include cable TV and a private washer/dryer.

THINGS TO KNOW
Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s).
Guests must pay a $25 tax resort fee every day they are on the property at the front desk. Guests may have up to eight bands to access the resort and towels are available to rent.
Beginning September 1, 2023, each reservation will require a $100 incidental hold placed on the payment method at the time of check-in. At the time of check-out, the hold will be returned once the provided wristbands and pool towel cards are returned to the front desk.
Parties are prohibited. If one is suspected to be occurring, security will be notified and guests will be fined $250.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
